| 1003 back | Orion VII Hybrid Electric Buses have begun active service in April 2006. Both 1003 (BM2781) and 1007 (BM2788) were assigned to the 84D Sheppard West in May 5 afternoon rush hours. |
| 1043 | The TTC Orion VII Hybrid Electric demo bus 1043 (BK 8889) was seen on 32 Eglinton West. This is the interior of 1043 and this is the rear section of the bus, the windows behind the rear door are much similar to the D40 Flyers which are much smaller. |
| 1043 (rear 1) | The Orion VII Hybrid Electric demo bus 1043 was supposed to have 60 days to stay at the TTC for testing, the days that were actually assigned to revenue service could just be around 2-3 weeks. This is a super size photo on the back of 1043. |
| 1043back (2003) | Orion VII Hybrid demo bus 1043 continued the demo duties across the country and was back to Toronto again in March 2002. These photos were taken in April 2002 and March 19 2003. Besides the new BL2536 license plate and the ad for the bus itself, the position of the TTC logo just behind the orange stripe above the rear wheel changes as well. | 7400 | The brand new Orion VII demo bus 7400 arrived at new Eglinton garage on Dec 18 2002 for testing, this photo was taken on Dec 19 2002 when the bus was connected to the outdoor UWE system probably for testing, the bus did not have license plate yet.

| 7400 (Apr 2003) | Demo bus Orion VII 7400 (BL2506) is mostly a rush-hours-only bus and the bus is often assigned to 57 Midland. There are 5 seats at the back but the middle seat is higher and disconnected from the rest of the other seats.

| 7403 (Oct 2003) | Brand new Orion VII 7401 and 7403 were in the first month of service in Oct 2003. Here, 7403 was assigned to the 11 Bayview, 7401 was on the 57 Midland and both buses were assigned to rush hours duties only.

| 7582 / YRT519 | YRT 1987 Orion I 519 (BK1393) and TTC 2004 Orion VII 7582 (BL8311) are up at York University in March 2005. You can see the differences in the bus design in the past 17 years. Both buses got new paint job in 2004. |
| 7623 (Dec 2004) | Brand new Orion VII 7623 (BL8357) has begun active service in mid December 2004. |
| 7627 | 7627 was used as a pizza bus on Oct 3 2007 at Sheppard station. In the background, a fire broke out with lots of black smoke coming out from "The Pearl" construction site, about 20 fire trucks were dispatched from all divisions. |
| 7832 | About 10 Orion VII buses including 7832 were sent to Arrow Road temporarily in early September 2006 as the school season began, as more new hybrid buses arrived, 7832 is now back to Birchmount. |
| 7695 / MTA6580 | Brand new TTC Orion Diesel 7695 meets New York City MTA Orion Hybrid Electric 6580 at the 2005 Arrow Road Roadeo. 7695 was just accepted by the TTC after a few months of modifications before being delivered to Eglinton then to Arrow Road in mid May 2005.
