Just
before I have started learning to
fly I bought the flight Simulator
98 and a yoke. (I started flying
in June 1998. The plane type was
C-152).
Using the
flight simulator helped me
understand using the instruments
, controlling and landing the
plane. Until today I use the
flight simulator for IFR (Instruments
Flight Rules)
flying.
The
simulator enables you to preform
"Test Flights" which in
real life you would never try or
dare perform , and by doing so
learning much more about the
aircrafts limits.
It also
enables you to approach the
landing strip at many speeds and
angles which in real life you
would never do, but by doing so
learning the effects and behavior
of the plane.
The
simulator is one of the best
tools I have ever had for flying
IFR ,it is almost as real as it
gets.
Buy
the Flight Simulator 98
or 2000.
Practice
with the simulator it
will only make you a
better pilot.
