I started
flying in June 1998. The first
plane I flew was the Cessna -152.
How did it come about? Well it
all started when I bought my R/C
Helicopter (Shuttle Z).
I surfed
the Internet for some information
while doing so I stumbled apon
flying clubs. I read the pages
and to my surprise I dicovered
that it is possible to have
flying lessons and become a pilot.
(At this point I was still unsure
about the direction of my studies.)
(In Israel
the idea of becomming a civil
pilot without army back ground is
unheard of.)
So I
started learning.............Wow!
this was great!!!!.
Being up
in the air gave me the freedom of
a bird,a feeling that I had never
experienced before. Every take-off
was and is a feast and every
landing a "happy landing".
With all
this I studied diligently all the
theory related to my favourate
subject. Within the year I passed
all the tests theory and
practical and I can call myself
proudly "PILOT"
I
continued studying to add the
Instument rating to my license.
And if that where not enough;I
'll start next week the
groundcourse to get my commercial
license as well.
For all
this thanks to the "MICROSOFT
FLIGHT SIMULATOR" that made
flying so much easier to learn.
