Betty Brown, CEO of Bobs A-Team Assoc. Inc. have started a new division > branch to her 14 yr. old construction & material yard firm. A Team Masters is perhaps the most important division for the general public and started as a one of a kind in this area. Product is sent anywhere in the U.S. ( although there are 150-200 CASKET STORES IN THE USA- THIS IS THE FORTH IN OHIO ). Seeing such a great difference from costs & service provided by local funeral homes, and all the news about others being overcharged & not happy with the outcome, the decision was made to add this division . A person only purchases 2 or up to 3 burial ceremonies in their lifetime, leaving allot of room for inexperience and eager salespeople . For years the burial industry prohibited the direct sale of caskets, urns & burial vaults to the public. 1994 changed all that, now the third party retailers ( casket stores ) are forming their own societies, bringing prices more in line where they should be (FTC ruled funeral homes may not charge a handling fee- as they started doing after introduction of new stores & must accept these deliveries- since 1994 we are working to make sure there is a more level playing field) All product is delivered to address of choice.
