Binghamton - 1929

BINGHAMTON/JUN 17/830 AM/N.Y. 25mm Black CDS, year (1929) outside of circle; Black duplex (1) and 1 in circle killers. 
                              Magenta "Via Air Mail"; First Day cover, special Binghamton cachet.  Binghamton was one of
                              sixteen different New York cities that issued first day covers for the Sullivan Expedition stamp.  
                              Franked with four 2 cent carmine (#657) overpaying the 5 cent airmail rate.

Binghamton - 1942

BINGHAMTON/MAR 27/1 PM/1942/N.Y. 30mm Black CDS; Duplex (2) killer; and 22mm Black CDS with Black 
                                 "BUY/DEFENSE SAVINGS/BONDS AND STAMPS" slogan cancel. 
                                 Magenta "VIA AIR MAIL";  Arlington Hotel corner card.
                                 Franked with 5 cent ultramarine (#887) and 1 cent green (#889).

Binghamton - 1943

                                 Wartime censured cover to England, with Examiner markings
                                 Franked with 30 cent blue transport issue airmail stamp (#C30).

                                     TWA First Flight.  Inaugeration of flight service to Broome County.
