(I will say more about Section 3 in a minute).
Not
bad I must say. I used a combination of MS Paint, Adobe Photoshop, and Gif Construction Set.

all recognize the
enthusiasm, and appreciate the scorecards that are used in Section 3 to rate their performance.
It is rare to see a low score. The Tshirts are optional, but available for a nominal price at
the races. The performers and racers are not shy about coming up to the group and giving out
autographs and "Stuff" to recognize the group for their support. (Hmmm, come to think of it,
I don't think many people who hang out in Section 3 are shy or bashful either)! Go figure.
Anyways, this is a nice group of people from all walks of life who welcome members, like a
family who's motto seems to be, GO HAVE FUN! Please visit their webpage by pushing the
Section 3 button above.

and take her
camping in the desert with me and the boys.
She had
a great time playing in the dirt [:-) and with the other little kids around. She really
liked the planes too. The picture on the left is at the end of the day in the grandstands,
(in Section 3, of course). Hollis was a VERY tired "Punkin'head". She was a good trooper
though, and still bugs me about taking her back. I will one of these days. My friend Bob
Miller, (better known as "Fed X Bob"), took that picture. I took the one of Hollis at the
camp in the "Valley of Speed" on the right. She's just so dang cute, I had to add these.
The last picture in this group is of Hollis (9) and her sister Emily (7), on the roof of my
van at an airshow with the Thunderbirds at Fairchild AFB, Spokane, Washington, last summer.
They are avid airshow fans and will be for a long time I hope.

Perhaps forever. So sad. The P-38 was even proclaimed by my better half to be her
favorite, while not even knowing the significance of this noble bird. The sad thing is that
future generations, whom the RARA claims to have a desire to attract, may never have that
choice to make, due the decision by "the committee" to not help defray the cost of old #13's
appearance last year, or in the future, as I understand it. Maybe it will change. I hope they
can.
