Historical Miniatures Wargaming Group of Kitsap County, Washington

This is the Home Page of the West Sound Warriors, a group of intelligent
wargamers(Plus a few old Farts!) from the Silverdale, Bremerton and Port Orchard
area of Kitsap County in Washington State. We generally meet 2 times a month on
the 1st and 3rd Sundays to engage in our common interest, historical miniature
wargaming. If interested you are welcome to join us, but always call before
hand, as time and place are variable. For more info, call Mitch at

Hopefuly we can get back on a regular schedule then. Gary and Mitch have
been painting up some 25mm napoleonics for some skirmish games. These will
use either Sword & Flame, Fire & Steel or Warring Nations, Mayhem
rules by Ed Teixeira. Gary is gone hunting and JD is still in process of
moving last I heard. Ron and Mitch last played a BlueMax game at Discordia
Games(Mitch got shot down). If anyone has any news, drop me a line and
I'll post it here. Let us know what you've been up to.
As our next Site of the Month I found a site dealing with scratch building 1:1200 warships. Since we used to be heavily into predreadnoughts, I thought you guys might be interested. Please take a look. Site of the Month Also found a site that carries FOUNDRY figures(not that I'd buy any) with pictures of the painted figures. I have also been painting some 15mm ancients so hopefuly we can have the Ponts and Romans go at it again. Maybe this second site will at least get you in the mood to play.: 2nd Site of the Month |
