Our HO Modular division is still in the building stages, but is operating well.






It is a basic linear layout at present, with one outside continous loop for the mainline, and two smaller loops on the end modules.






The center portion of the layout holds the yard and staging area.






One of the end loops has a time saver switching layout in place, and is open for the public to try their luck for the best operating time.






What makes the time saver really interesting is the fact that the mainline runs right thru the middle, so the train crew really needs to be on their toes to keep the track clear.






The time saver is operated on a DCC system, so "cornfields" can happen. This is a clear view of the trackage during set-up.






Heavy power for those long coal drags.
