Master Ball Trick

Throw any kind of Pokeball (Greatball, Ultraball, or Pokeball), and after it is released from your hand, hold UP + B. The ball will act like a Masterball! I caught Articuno, Moltres, Zapdos, and Snolax with this handy trick. It works, but takes a bit of practice to get right. The trick works on both versions. First have a pokemon with surf and surf up and down the east coast of cinnabar islands. Before you can fight Missingno. you have to go in the first door inside the pokemon lab on Cinnibar Island and trade with one of the trainers in there. Eventually you might fight called missingno. It does lots of damage but is easy to kill. it looks like a mass of dots flying around. just throw balls at it to catch it. Be warned, having this pokemon can crash your game and stuff up the graphics (all your Pokemon and the enemy Pokemon can get all warped). it is number 000 in the pokedex and doesnt havent an entry. it has a high attack but all its other stats are really low. If you dont want to risk your game don't catch it, but it only appears once.

Harder Hitting Attacks

This code is sorta like the "Better Chance to Catch Pokemon" code but it's for attack. Just hold the A button while your attacking and it will do more damage than if you didn't hold A.

-Mew, No. 151 Pokemon.

3 Pokemons are required. (a) any Pokemon, (b) Water type Pokemon (e.g. Magikarp) and (c) Pokemon to be Mew. And you need to have 15 or more items. Do the trick at the bush between Pallet and Viridian.
. Place Pokemons the following order: (a)-(b)-(c).
. Push [START] buttom and open items. Push [SELECT] at the 13th item once. Push [B] button twice.
. Go to bush between Pallet and Viridian then wild Pokemon appears.
. Select [Pokemon] and push [A] button at (c).
. Push [B] button and select [Run].
. Replace (a) and (b). At the time, Pokemon's order is (b)-(a)-c).
. Repeat 2 - 5.
. Pokemon (c) becomes Mew.

* In order to record Mew in Pokedex, send Mew to another Pokemon box and bring it back.
** This Pokemon (c) becomes Mew in appearance. Elements, such as Attack , Defense and so on, are the original one's.

Duplicate a Pokemon


. Have 6 Pokemons. Among of them, one is that you want to multiplized, one is to be overwritten.
. Place Pokemon to be multiplized at the bottom (6th).
. Leave 5 pokemons on your PC without Pokemon to be multiplized.
. Soon take 4 pokemons of them from your PC. Make sure that you have the one to be overwritten. at the bottom (5th).
. Place Pokemon to be overwritten At the time you have Pokemons in the following order. Pokemon to be multiplized Pokemon Pokemon Pokemon Pokemon to be overwritten
. Push [START] button and open items. Push [SELECT] button at the 6th item. Then push [B] buttom twice.
. Go to bush. When wild Pokemon appear select [Pokemon] and push [A] button at the 5th Pokemon (to be overwritten). Then it will disappear from display.
. Push [B] button and select Run.
. Go to the Pokemon Center (at the north of Cerulean City) and take the disappeard Pokemon to him.
. Take the Pokemon from him. Then it is the same as the 1st Pokemon.
* You cannot multiplize Pokemon that equips with Hidden Machine.

To Increase Item Items can be increased up to 67. Pidgey and 15 items (including item to be increased and bike are required.
. Have 15 or more dogu (items) with you. Place the item to be increased at the 2nd and bike at the bottom.
. Push [SELECT] buttom at the 14th item then push [B] buttom twice.
. Go to bush between Pallet and Viridian.
. When wild Pokemon (Pidgey or Rattata) appear, select [Pokemon] and push [A] button at Pidgey. At the time Pidgey display becomes strange.
. Push [B] buttom and select Run.
. Exchange the 2nd item and bike. Then item to be increased is at the bottom and bike is the 2nd.
. Repeat 2-5.
. The item at the bottom is increased to 67.
* You can increase countable item.
Get INFINITE Masterballs!!!

Okay, this DOES work! Go to Viridian City, and talk to the Old Man who teaches you how to catch Pokimon. Answer "No" for his question. Go to your ITEM list, and put the Masterball in the sixth place (NOTE: YOu can also do this with any items that you can have more then one of!). Fly to Cinnabar Island (The BEST place!), and use SURF up and down the right side of Cinnabar. When you fight a Missingno. or a M', then Run, or make it faint. Look at your items, and you should see a small graphic and a 9 next to the Masterball (Or whatever item you duped). When you run low on Masterballs, just repeat this trick!

How to Get Pokimon Higher than Level 100!!

Talk to the man in Viridian City and when he asks you if you are in a rush say no. After you chat , fly to Cinnabar Island. Surf up and down the right coast and you will find some pokimon that are over level 100! (NOTE: The cool thing about this cheat is that every game pak will find different pokimon over level 100! I found Nidorina Lv. 177 and a Magneton Lv. 160!)
WARNING: This code may mess up the graphics in the PC's Hall of Fame and cause other weird things to happen!!
