STORIES FROM THE LIFE OF REV. WALTER PERVIA ROWLAND

I recently was entrusted with several large boxes of things written by my grandfather, W.P. Rowland. The boxes include short stories, full length books (fiction and theological), and items that may have been more for his own amusement as many of them seem to have no beginning, no end, and no direction. At this time, I choose to post only those items telling of events in his own life.

This first story occurred right at 101 years ago. It has no title, so we'll just start with the FIRST STORY.

Ready for another bit of school yard activity from 100 years ago? Then here is STORY NUMBER TWO

"Father was a preacher..." That is how Granddad began STORY NUMBER THREE
