 This smaller building was the original auditorium of Marietta's Eastside Baptist Church. The church was organized in late 1952 and this building was dedicated to the service of God on Easter Sunday, 1953.

I was almost 18 when this building was dedicated. I felt blessed to be asked to sing a solo for that service. I sang my mother's favorite gospel song -- "The Love of God". -- ray weathers (20 July 2000)
