Welcome to Shallow Spring's Specialty Soaps.
My homemade soaps are
all natural.They contain the finest, pure oils; distilled water and other
natural
ingredients, such as oatmeal and beeswax, (so they last longer in
the shower). The reason why I make soap is that my husband and I have very
sensitive skin. Then, I discovered most of my friends have sensitive skin also.
The homemade soap has no toxic chemicals, (all ingredients you can read
and pronounce!); no petrolium distillates, no fillers, such as chalk; no
detergents; it's pH balanced, they are environmentally safe and contain
glycerin,which moisturizes your skin. A soap you can use---
everyday!
---All of the basic soap formulas are my originals and I know you will enjoy
them all!
COCO PALM OIL SOAP
This is an all time favorite and the most mild of all. The lather is lovely
and smooth. (May be used as a shampoo bar.)
OATMEAL--SWEET ALMOND OIL SOAP
This soap is a classic - it's cleansing and exfoliating - but also
nourishing from all the proteins in the oatmeal. Another very popular soap.
MOISTURIZING SOAP
This is a superfatted, (with cocoa butter) soap and the lanolin is
un-surpassed in its moisturizing and skin softening properties.
ALOE VERA - ELM SOAP
This soap makes your skin feel great! The aloe vera oil and slippery elm are
so soothing and healing.
TEA TREE OIL SOAP
This soap contins tea tree oil, which is like a cure all for skin problems. It's
excellent for psoriasis, eczema, & acne because it's a powerful antiseptic &
helps prevent infection.
FRENCH MILLED ROSE WATER SOAP
French milled is a soap that is fully saponified, which has been
grated, re-melted and re-molded. As a result, when rose water or other
substances are added, they retain their properties. In this soap, the rose water
holds it's softening traits, the lovely scent and color. The French milled
process lends to beautiful irregularities and the soap tends to last even
longer.

FRENCH MILLED LAVENDER WATER SOAP
Lavender tones the skin and helps stimulate circulation. The scent is very
soothing and calming - wonderful to use after a stressful day!

FRENCH MILLED CLAY SOAP
French clay is a cosmetic clay which removes oils and impurities from oily skin.
It comes in grey-green.

FRENCH MILLED CALENDULA SOAP
Calendula is a very effective skin softener and very soothing to sensitive
and dry skin. This is another popular soap.

FRENCH MILLED- HAND CAST SOAP
The molds are handmade, and are my original design. There is a rose, a daisy, a
black-eyed Susan, & for the kids - a turtle & a fish, (Some are tinted with
soap dye).
More shapes will be available in the near future.
FRENCH MILLED FLOWER APPLICATE' GIFT SOAP
This is a very pretty, oval shaped 1oz.+ gift soap. On top, the
flower is surrounded in
wax and some have a fancy paper background.

Packaging
Basic soap is wrapped with a band of attractive paper and tied on with ornate
yarn. French milled soap is tied with a decorative string and/or yarn. Scented
soap is wrapped with lace material and tied on with iridescent white yarn. All
soap is labeled with a list of ingredients and weight.
