This page is dedicated to my Dad. He showed me how to enjoy hunting for all the right reasons. Not just the final taking of game, but the lessons of being aware of nature; of patience and perseverance; the companionship of hunting partners; and the thrill of seeing all that the outdoors has to offer. Even though we are miles apart and cannot enjoy the hunt together as often as we would like, I carry his teachings and the love of the outdoors with me. There are not many we can look up to these days, but to me, my Dad is my hero. I only hope that I can make a mark on this earth as he has.
Thanks Dad for all that you have given me. I love you.

These shots were taken in the San Juan National Forest, close to the S.W. Colorado town of Mancos.
It was the first time in nearly 30 years that my Dad and I got to hunt together, and the first time with
my younger brother. This was in October 1995 and as you can see it was a successful trip!

This old Bull was taken on a ranch near Johnson City, Tx., north of San Antonio
(I didn't take this one. I just liked the rack!)

"I carried this clipping around for years. Quite a Trophy!!"
