Procedure:

Reading Circles set up after new explanation of requirements and due dates is passed out

1.   Regarding 10 minute tasks, students need only fill in the # of tasks they have missed.  Group will monitor the doing and recording of the tasks.  (Ex.  if up to today most have completed 5 tasks, then everyone must complete five tasks

2.  Regarding test questions, there must be a test made up of a total of 15 questions (3 from each "type"), and they must be typed and handed in by June 9th (Wednesday, for a test day on the 10th).  At least two questions must be reserved for the final climax and the ending of the novel.

3.   Presentation  Requirements for presentation date of Monday June 14th: 

One page will be made up to be used in a presentation to the class of the key components and interesting elements of each group's books.  These will require at least one 20 minute task per person, and each task must involve writing and thought.  This will be marked by the teacher for an effective analysis of the text based on some of the ideas we have explored during the course.

One group member will also read a written report on the effectiveness of the reading circle process.

The scrapbooks themselves will be evaluated by 2 other groups according to a marking scheme on June 14th as well.
