Rio De Janeiro has the best of all worlds in its city walls. Rio De Janeiro is the best city in all the world and the biggest in all of South America. It's also the only city in the world that is that nice with a beach right next door. I'm going to convince you that Rio De Janeiro is the best city in the world to visit, and that that's where you will want to go on vacation.
For the natural sights, you might want to visit Mount Corcovado which has a giant cross on top and is 2 310 feet tall. There's also Mount Sugar Loaf which is 1 296 feet high. If you like really long hikes, you can try Mount Bandeira which is 9 481 feet high. If you have a bit of extra money, you can take a plane ride to the Amazon river which is 3 995 miles long. One piece of advice, don't go swimming in the river. If you feel like swimming you can just go to the Atlantic Ocean to cool off because it's a lot safer.
If you like sports, you might want to go to the Municipal Stadium which can hold 155 000 people. If you like culture, there are a lot of museums like the Brazilian Academy of Sciences or The National Museum of Fine Arts which was founded in 1818 and is the oldest museum around.
Finally there's the world famous carnival that last's from Saturday to the next Wednesday and usually starts in late February or early March. Rio De Janeiro is also one of the only cities that the Concord goes to. The Concord is an extremely fast jet which can literally get you to Rio from Paris before you leave. The carnival has a lot of people that go to it because Rio has the biggest economy in all of South America and you can find almost anything there because people from all cultures go there.
