                     Talentfest 99

As usual, the "Talentfest 99" cast delivered an exceptional show this year.
There were times of course, when  the directors Mrs. Stuckey, Mrs. Small, Mrs.
Georgakalis and choreographer Jane Fairhurst weren't so sure of how it would all
turn out, but they kept hope and help deal with all the quirks and quarks.

The students as well had their own stressful occupations to take care of. There
where many things like choreographing and learning dances, practicing their
instruments or vocal cords, writing and preparing skits, picking their costumes,
deciding on music and much more.

As tough as all this may sound, it is still an exceptional feeling to get on
that stage after almost 2 months of preparing and delivering a show that you've
worked so hard for. That feeling is what makes everyone want to do it all over
again every year.

So to the audience of next year's talentfest, we hope you enjoy the show,
because we sure do.
 
 

Hot Gaming Sites on The Net

So you like to play games?  Well, the internet is great for all kinds of reasons.  But you've gotta know where to go, so listen up!

The first top gaming site is www.blizzard.com.  It shows  the up-and-coming new games, pictures, and you can also download demos to play over the Internet.  There is a lot of information and other stuff on this web site. You cannot play over the Internet from this site.  For that, check out battle.net.

The second top gaming site is www.battle.net. This is a site that you play games over the Internet with. You can only play games that automatically hook you up,  so that all people play over that one site and not hundreds of other sites. If you go to the site it is like blizzard, and has a lot of the same features and is actually supported by blizzard.  Two well known games played over www.battle.net are  STARCRAFT and DIABLO. This is where I play my games.

 The third site I would recommend is www.heat.net.  This site is for playing games over the Internet.  You have to register first and download "vigilance" before you can play. Once you are done there are a lot of games you can chose from, and with which you play against an opponent, someone playing electronically from another part of the world! . The games aren't  the best  I've seen,  some of them are worth checking out.
