Devilled Carrots

Ingredients

  • 375g ( 13oz) carrots
  • 1 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tsp brown sugar or honey
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 3 shakes cayenne
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • Directions

    Prepare carrots and cut into sticks. Saute' in butter for 2 minutes, add other ingredients. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve. Serves 4
