Bun Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp water
  • 1 tsp gelatin
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp mixed spice

    Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Stir over heat until sugar is dissolved, bring to a boil. Cool. Use to glaze sweet doughs.
