used for covering bones - cut a piece of white paper 20cm long, 6
cm wide. Fold in half lengthwise. Make cuts along the folded edge at 1 cm
intervals to a depth of 2 cm. Roll to fit size of bone to be covered and
secure. Place over bones of cooked meat just before serving.
