Ingredients

  • 4 300g (10oz) cans kidney beans, drained
  • 8 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup relish, pickles or chutney
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • Directions

    Combine all ingredients into a bowl and serve. Served 4 - 6
