If
you are offended by foul language and strong racial terms, the following
clips may not be appropriate for you to view.
We
believe however, that everyone should see at least some of this & consider
how a Local Authority can declare that this has no bearing on an individuals
employ as a senior welfare worker. This comment itself is beyond belief
we feel, see if you agree.
We
will be updating this section periodically, but remember at the moment
we can't show you everything.
The
Visual & Audio Evidence
The
following clips represent only a small part of the volume of evidence which
we have available. As you will appreciate this matter is the subject of
an on-going complaint, however the information we present here has already
been exposed into the public domain, and we will be systematically releasing
further information on this site at the appropriate times. Remember this
case took several months to eventually get to court hence some events may
appear dated, the wheels of justice turn very very slow sometimes, however
the fight MUST go on to expose those harassers and their supporters..
Video
A
Warning
!!! this clip contains strong language of a racial nature
This
video clip shows verbal racial abuse from a visitor to the guilty parties
house. As you can see and hear, no attempt is made to stop this individual.
Watch and think, what was so humourous at this "guests" racist comment
? This was recorded on the 31st December 1997, how would most families
be spending their Christmas and New Year break?.

Christmas ... a time of Goodwill to all?. Listen to the next clip recorded at Christmas and hear a spot of seasonal "paki" baiting. Acceptable behaviour? Would Council tenants be in breach of a tenacy agreement if this were a visitor to their home?
Hear the GUILTY parties arrive home. Listen to a fraction of the abuse, ask yourself is this right that people in this day and age should be subjected to this? solely because of the colour of their skin? Ask yourself as you hear the clip, what is funny about the term being used? The second voice you will hear is that of a Council Care Manager .... appropriate behaviour?   funny? we didnt think so ;
Hear a care manager with South Tyneside Local Authority express the view that the Arab Community in South Shields is used to living in "Doss House's", this being used as a racist derogatory term. South Tyneside Local Authority believes this behaviour is acceptable? South Tyneside Local Authority is on record as stating that this case had no bearing on this individuals employ. Hear the evidence, listen to the perverted comments that the victims had to endure....wonder what sort of woman can have such a sick & perverted imagination to make a comment about a son being in the bath with his 60 year old mother and decide for yourself what sort of person South Tyneside Local Authority considers fit to hold such a senior welfare position.
Wonder also how, after several months of recorded abuse, and several years of actual verbal abuse, the nature of the abuse changed from being "paki", "black bastard", "coon", etc., to one which accurately described the true nature of the victims ethnic background. This occured after the victims gave a statement to Northumbria Police, answering questions as to their ethnic background & describing when these incidents occured, listen to the recording and hear the "coming in drunk" comment; out of context? consider it strange this was originally mentioned to the police? an interesting coincidence? Listen and decide for yourself, watch this page for more "co-incidences" in the near future. While Northumbria Police now deny any liaison with South Tyneside Local Authority, they are on record as liaising with both Local Authorities and other "race organisations". Watch this site for more on Northumbria Police in the near future.
