WHAT FOLLOWS IS A DESCRIPTION OF THE MAGICAL PASSES LEARNED AT THE
TENSEGRITY WORKSHOP IN LOS ANGELES JULY 20-25,1996.
To facilitate the descriptions I have used the following abbreviations:
STANCE = Feet together. Turn feet out at a 45 degree angle, then
turn out heels. Adjust toes to point slightly inward. Toes must not point
outward. Knees are bent over toes, pointing or turned outward.
L = Left
R = Right
IN = Deep inhalation.
EX = Deep exhalation
LH = Left hand.
RH = Right hand.
LP = Left palm. Palms are held as straight
as possible with thumb crooked to inside of hand and held tightly to palm.
RP = Right palm, held as above.
LKn = Left knee.
RKn = Right knee.
LFt = Left foot.
RFt = Right foot.
LL = Left leg.
RL = Right leg.
LS = Left side.
RS = Right side.
FIST = A fist is formed with the hands in such a way
that the middle knuckles are all in a straight line. Pulling the last fingers
thusly should put tension on the tendon running down the length of the
forearm. Fingers are
held tightly to palm, thumb is crossed over fingers and also held tightly.
STOM = Tighten all of the abdominal muscles. This
is usually accompanied by an EX.
NOTE: - ALL OF THESE PASSES START ON THE LEFT SIDE UNLESS OTHERWISE
STATED.
PASSES to RE-ENFORCE the DECISION MAKING CENTER (V-SPOT):
1. Bringing energy in with a back & forth motion of the hands.
2. Bringing energy in with a circular motion of the arms.
3. Bringing energy in with a back & forth motion of the hands with
the palms turned upwards.
4. Bringing energy in with a circular motion of the arms with the palms
turned upwards.
5. Bringing energy in from the mid section of the body.
6. Bringing energy in from the area of the shoulder blades.
7. Stirring energy around with a bent wrist.
8. Transferring energy from the solar plexus to the V-spot.
9. Bringing energy in from the knees.
10. Energy going through the V-Spot from the front to the back and
from the back to the front with 2 blows.
11. Transferring energy from the front to the back and from the back
to the front with the hook of the arm.
12. Transferring energy from the front to the back and from the back
to the front with 3 blows.
PASSES to AID the RECAPITULATION:
1. Forging the trunk of the energy body.
2. Slapping the energy body.
3. Spreading the energy body laterally.
4. Establishing the core of the energy body.
5. Forging the heels and calves of the energy body.
6. Forging the knees of the energy body.
7. Forging the thighs of the energy body.
8. Stirring up personal history by making it flexible.
9. Stirring up personal history with the heel to the ground by tapping
it 20 times.
10. Stirring up personal history with the heel to the ground by holding
for a count of 20.
11. The recapitulation wings.
12. The window of recapitulation.
13. The five deep breaths.
14. Drawing energy from our fringe of awareness.
PASSES that AID DREAMING:
1. Getting the assemblage point loose with a movement that places the
outer edge of the hand in front of the eyes.
2. Forcing the assemblage point to drop down.
3. Enticing the assemblage point to drop by drawing energy from the
adrenals and transferring it to the front.
4. Playing out the `A’ and `B’ types of energy.
5. Rolling energy from the assemblage point and projecting it out with
a fist.
6. Hurling the assemblage point like a knife over the shoulder.
7. Hurling the assemblage point like a knife from the back by the waist.
8. Hurling the assemblage point like a disk from the shoulder.
9. Hurling the assemblage point like a ball above the head.
PASS that AID the ATTAINMENT of INNER SILENCE:
1. Drawing 2 half circles with each foot.
2. Drawing a half moon with each foot.
3. The scarecrow in the wind with the arms down.
4. The scarecrow in the wind with the arms up.
5. Pushing energy backwards with the full arm.
6. Pivoting the forearm.
7. Moving the energy in a ripple.
8. The “T” energy of the hands.
9. Pressing the thumb against the curled-up index finger.
10. Drawing an acute angle with the arms between the legs.
11. Drawing an acute angle with the arms in front of the face.
12. Drawing a circle of energy between the legs and in front of the
body.
13. Three fingers on the floor.
14. The knuckles on the toes.
15. Drawing energy from the floor with the breath.
