The Step of Power

 
 
 

 
 
 

1- Raise left knee as high as you can 

2- Bring the heel down in front of you, leg extended forward so that just heel touches the floor.

3- Raise knee up again

4- Touch toes to the ground in back of you, leg extended back

Do this as many times as you like with a regular rhythm

Note: the movement comes from the hip
