Redeploying Energy to the Centers of Sustained Action

start position

left hand: index pointing downward, palm facing back, index pointing, other fingers curled against their bases (like in the 1st video, 1st pass - Helping the Flow of Immunity).
right hand: held flat and downward at the side, palm facing back.

1. Inhale and watch as you bring the left hand forward, over the left shoulder (extended arm) and to the back, to come to rest with the back of the hand against the right kidney (maintain hand position).

2. Still with same inhalation, watch as right hand 'swims' horizontally forward, to the right, finger tips lightly curled, to come to rest in a fist- right wrist crossed over left wrist, - over left kidney. So hands are now crossed at wrists and both are facing your back.

3. You are facing right when last movent, inhalation ended, so now exhale as you return your gaze to the front, keeping hands at back.

4. Inhale as you bend down to sit on your haunches, as you do so, the hands raise up your back.

5. Exhale, still on haunches, as the right hand comes horizontally to the front to end over lower belly. Still exhaling, watch as left hand comes over head from behind and crosses over right wrist. Both hands now palms facing belly.

6. Inhale while raising hands, in crossed position, to forehead level. Exhale as you separate hands, straighten them, and bring them slowly down- palms facing forward.
