                        Internet Tensegrity Practice Shedule

Current schedule:  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday--5:30 am and 8 pm Eastern
Daylight Time, U. S. A.
                   Thursday--7:30 am and 8 pm
                   Friday----7:30 am

We connect using the IRC Dalnet servers on the channel called
#TensegrityPractice.

To join us, it is necessary to have an IRC program such as mIRC for Win95/NT
4.0 or IRCle for the Macintosh.  You may find such programs and more at
http://www.download.com.  Install it and connect to a Dalnet server and join
the channel "#TensegrityPractice".  We will be there at the appointed times.

There are several possible networks for IRC chat.  Make sure you are
connecting to the "DALnet" group of servers, otherwise you won't be able to
find us.  Consult the HELP section of your IRC program or read more about
IRC on the world wide web, if you need greater clarification.  Basically, if
you hook up to the wrong network such as EFnet, it's like trying to find NBC
programs on a CBS station.  It doesn't work, but you'll think that you are
connected properly.

The group most often practices one of the forms of tensegrity discussed in
the recently published book by Carlos Castaneda, Magical Passes.
Descriptions of the long forms of these passes may be found at
http://members.aol.com/passtens/pasindex.html

We do 2 repetitions of each series such as: 5 Concerns, Preparing Intent,
Heat, Masculinity, Womb, or the video series.  Then we report back that we
have finished and do 2 more until the time is expired.  We practice for
about an hour in the evening and a half-hour in the morning.  Please be
there on time, if you wish to attend.

It is necessary to know some tensegrity in order to practice with us, either
through this book, or through the videos and workshops available at
http://www.castaneda.org.  We don't teach tensegrity, of course.  We find
the internet group a useful method for practicing regularly.

You don't have to practice the particular passes we are working on in order
to join us. If you don't know a certain pass or series, just do some
tensegrity while we do ours.

If you have further questions, feel free to contact me at mickper@usa.net.

Note:  After you have read this document, please let me have some feedback
on whether it was helpful or not, ways to improve it, what you didn't
understand, or anything else.  Also, if you would, let me know if you would
like to participate and to what level.  Full-time membership is the most
beneficial, but may not be practical.
Thank you.
