Luring the Concentration from the Heels to the Knees

 
 

 
 

1. Bending over at the waist, allow the arms to dangle around to a count of 3

2. Then reach between legs and behind left knee(with right hand), and grab outer edge of left knee from behind with all the fingers and the thumb. Press 10 times while left arm dangles all the while.

3. Repeat step 1

4. Mirror step 2 using left hand behind right knee.

5. Repeat step 1.

6. Reach between legs and behind and around left achilles tendon. Grab with all of the hand and press 10 x. All the while the left arm dangles.

7. Repeat step 1.

8. Mirror step 6 using left hand around right achilles tendon.

9. Repeat step 1.

10. While still bent over, arms go to sides,  like Scarecrow pass from Westwood, the forearms hang downward. Bring elbows up alternating left, right, left, right, left, right, while incrementally raising the torso with each upward movement. End with elbows raised about to their limit, with hands at chest level.

11. Hands now go palms-forward as you scoop to the ground and scoop energy up and over the shoulders. They actually pause momentarily before throwing the energy back and over to the adrenals.

12. Both hands go to respective adrenals at the back, in fists. Massage to a count of 3.

13. Left hand leads to go around front to reach around right side to massage right adrenal with flat palm. A moment after the left has began its motion, the right hand has followed in step to do the same on the left.
Massage to a count of 3.

14.Left hand then releases and goes to left adrenal to massage with flat of palm, right hand follows and massages the right adrenal. Count of 3.

Keep hands on adrenals throughout this next section

15. Pivot left foot, toes point left, heel raised. 
Tap out a letter 'Z' with ball of left foot 

like this:          1,7--------------2,6     Do it by the numbers, 1-7

                                   --
                             --
                       3,5--------------4

16.Next blend the 'Z' by scooping inward with the foot (like in the Heat Series-Gathering Energy with the Arms and Legs, except only using the legs, pg 157 MP). Do 3 scoops and pause, another 3-pause, another 3-pause.

17. Repeat steps 15 and 16 on the right side, still with hands on the adrenals.

18. Inhale as you bring the hands around to the front centers of vitality.
