| Place your hands on the top of the egg at waist level.
1 - Feel the top of the egg by moving the hands across the top of the
egg from front to back, as if both hands are describing two half-circles
pointing from front to back. Do this ____ many times.
2 - Cut off the sides of the egg from waist to below knees. Straight,
downward-cutting motions that slice off the edge of the concave sides
of
the egg. Repeat X times.
3 - Smooth the sides of the egg that you cut off in number 2. This is
accomplished by smooth up and down circular motions on the sides of
the
egg, still at level of waist to just below knees. X times.
4 - Feel the bottom of the egg. Reach below knees to hold the bottom
of
the egg. --> <-- these are your hands at the bottom
of the egg. The
points stay together as your wrists move front and back so that hands
make
half-circles smoothing out the bottom of the egg. X times.
5 - Grab the egg from the bottom and lift it from the bottom to level
of
vital centers, so you now see it in mind's eye as having the top of
the
egg pointing at you. Break the egg onto yourself. Rub the energy onto
vital centers.
