To get your personalized letter from Santa, please send this letter along with $5 cash, check, or money order to the address listed above. If ordering additional letters, please enclose an additional $5 per letter and a separate order sheet. Each child will receive a separate letter mailed to him or her. (Children can send Santa a letter WITH this form as well.)
Orders must be received by December 15th, 2005 to assure delivery by Christmas.
Orders can be made anytime after October 21st, unless otherwise requested.
To extend the deadline date use Paypal to place your order.
