some unique quilting ideas

How to: To make a yo yo quilt you cut out circles of fabric. The circle can be any size that you want it to be. You just stitch by hand around the circle 1/4 inch from the edge. Pull your thread and knot it. This gathers the fabric in tight and then you flatten it to a little round and sew them together. You can actually buy them ready made in fabric stores. So maybe if you looked at the ones ready made it would help you understand the instructions better.
