I decided to upload some outlines for those of you who have a desire to get a knack with those 6 awful subject that are on the multistate bar exam as well as being the 6 first year hell subjects too.
They have been made in view of the bar exam, so don't be put off. You can save them on your hard drives without any problem, just right click and then click on save page.
You should be able to see it with any word processor, though it was made with Word97. So I'm not sure another word processor make pick it up.
Another thing, since NY has the peculiar trait of testing multistate subjects on the essays part (NY part) there are loads of reference to NY distinctions.
I also decided to upload my notes and outlines made while I was in law school. I haven't really proof read all of them, so I hope you will forgive all the little mistakes. Insurance law and family law might not be completed entirely, I'm not sure. But they follow the books used by Professor Swisher so it will be easy to pick them up and fill in the blanks if necessary! The notes were made in 1996, some cases might not be there. Hope it helps. : )
