This is a splendid picture of the campus where I lived for two years, the swans are here because one student had one and when he left, he couldn't take the one he had, so they found a mate and they've been happily married for several years, now! When I saw this, just outside my dorm I couldn't resist! This is, er was, my dorm. Actually it was an old fraternity house that they transformed in a dorm for the law students. There are eight rooms and ONLY two bathrooms. NO Kitchen and NO common TV, just a microwave and a fridge! AND it's a co-ed! The first year when we started to turn the heat on, I nearly suffocated but after awhile I got used to the smell and of course the people working at the school tried to minimize it as well. The bedroom I was in the second year is behind the windows starting after the first one. Pretty cool, I'll show you the mess later on! Who said that women were ordered? But I loved it there. I had the best of friends made there even though the second year was worse by far, only me and one of my best friends against 5 other guys! This is a picture of one the buildings of the University of Richmond. Nicknamed the Commons. All the buildings are built in the same style, so that it is impossible to differentiate old from new. This is one of my fav buildings, because it is an all smoking building with a cafeteria, a coffee shop and the bookstore as well. And of course there is a bar called the Cellar, but the irony is that it is forbidden to smoke inside. Have you ever seen a bar where you can't smoke? Well, the Cellar is IT!!!!! But excellent American food is served. Some of you might know that the University of Richmond's mascot is the SPIDEEEEERRRRRR. After all, all the sports teams are named spiders! And, the Basketball one is pretty good at it made the semi finals, last season. I was very proud of the undergrads that Season! To be honest, I hate spiders and at the School, I was lucky enough to share my every second with them, for some reasons they love the place!
This is my Former law school. At least, a drawing of the principal entrance. It actually looks at that, when you arrive there. The little court is the fav rendez-vous place of all smokers, and it was mine as well! The best chats happened there! It's the best place to socialize, I've met some of my best friends and there are a lot people who still don't get that is HERE that you have to be to be known by others!!!
