I have to say that NYC is my favorite city. There is something so special about it. I lived there for three months and even though there was nothing that I wanted more than to return to Richmond, I really liked to be there.

It is so alive, so different from any other city. The city that never sleeps. Well, it is true, garbage people at any time day or night, never silence except on the Fourth of July. That was something to hear nothing for two entire days, I can tell you!

Those are pictures when I went there, with a friend, in November 1997 as a tourist.

I will only comment those where i have something humorous to say!

On top of The Empire State Building, The only way to take a picture of the city up there!!

Far far away, you can see the Chrysler Building!

Is it that one that King Kong climbed or was it the Empire State Building?

Well, how bad can our luck be? Getting to late to the Statue of Liberty, thus we didn't go there, we decided to go to the twin towers.

We first did the wrong line, the line for cheaper tickets and then we realized our mistake. So we did the line again for going up there.

And then, finally up there, the weather had turned bad, while we were waiting downstairs!

So this is the Statue of Liberty where we didn't go under rain and fog!

At the foot of the Twin Towers (Wall Street).

As you can see the weather was not that bad at that very moment!

No tourist that wants to be respected forgets to take this picture. This is one of the most famous pictures to be taken in the Big Apple. And of course, I wanted my respect!!!!!!

It is on Houston Avenue, which separates Soho from Noho.
