Le parisien, this is one of the daily newspapers which deals mostly with French news and is specialized by region. And of course it is free!
France 2 is one of the primary public TV channels.
France 3 is more specialized in regions, so you can see the news of the region you want, not only the national edition.
Canal Plus, is one of the private TV channels, The main attraction of the site is the puppets (Les Guignols), It started out as a satirical news with celebrities, people in the public eye, like politicians. I loved them from the start, now I have to say that I am less enthralled as it is totally directed at the political life or nearly. It's a good way to learn little slang words and it's still hilarious. Go see.
Canal Jimmy One of the best Cable tv Channels, where you can watch both American and english series, usually the best of them!
Serie Club My favortite cable TV channels because i can watch Buffy and the Pretender in English :)
