This is the Dead Sea.

Everyone knows that there is no way you can put your feet on the bottom.

Actually, you can when you are close to the beach however it is really hard.

One advice, if one day you go there, make sure you are not indisposed if you are a woman or that you don't have any cuts. It cleans everything, cuts, old scars, very effective.

I can tell you this, because every single time i went, my body decided that it was time, so every time, it was a very nice (horrible) tickling!!!!

This is the cave where Jesus supposedly ascended to the skyes.

Do not take me wrong, i am not questioning it, but as i was not there i can not say it is true or false.

This site is near the Lebanon border, it is a natural park. And it is very nice, you have rivers all around.

And I remember eating some Arabic specialty that was excellent. I was among a few who liked it, most of the others ( Brits) didn't like it because the cheese and the herbs were too strong. But what do they know????

It is a cliche that Brits do not know how to cook and those certainly didn't like something that was out of the way!!!!!!

This is the Wailing Wall.

And my finger too!!!!

I went to Massada. I did it like the GOOD tourist. I woke up at 2am in the morning to get to the site before sunrise.

And then i climbed the mountain. I will never do it again!

When i got up there, i was nearly going to puke, my head was pounding!

And of course, we didn't get on the top before sunrise!!

We had to take the pictures on the way up!!

It's a nice thing to do, but i assure you that next time i will take the elevator to get there!

This is the Mount of Olives, where all the cemetetries are. It is also in East Jerusalem, which means that it is in the Arabic area.

What is striking is that you have three biggest religions there. Christianity, Judaism and Islam. And all have temples in the area.

The old City of Jerusalem, actually it is the best part of Jerusalem, comprises the Mosquee.

I was amazed at its beauty.

The Muslims do not make money like the others, they lend you a costume in order to respect their own rules, that means no arms, legs shown!!!

Of course, on this picture you can see me in normal attire, that's because i took it off for the picture!

This is one of the Cemeteries on the Mount of Olives.

It's actually the one where Mr. Schindler is buried.

Very symbolic.

This is he border between Lebanon and Israel.

Most tourists come here, as it has a special meaning.

Who cannot go to the Old City without going through the Shouk.

The best bargaining place, you have fun, the shopkeepers are all very nice. And i bought lots of stuff that were cheaper than in the rest of Israel!

And all the smells, it really smells good. Arabic people have a skill with cooking!!!!

I really love their recipes, like Humus.

Another picture inside the Mosque.

The dome of the Mosque.

It's actually all Gold, and it has been rebuilt not so long ago.

I really have to say that it is probably the place i love the most inside the old City.

The Jewish quarter has no beauty because everything has been rebuilt after Israel got Jerusalem back, as the Arabic people made sure that was all destroyed!
