Mirror mirror what do you see, when hanging looking back at me Is it bad - oh so bad Would you rather I went away When I think of how you cringe Each time I show my face You deserve to see better faces than mine I won't turn around or maake you see my face but please just be there when I need you Its not your fault I see what I do You just show me what you see, You don't know the pain I feel at seeing my reflection You don't hear the voices inside my head arguing all the time You don't see the aching in my bones or the longing to be loved but you stay there every day and night waiting patiently, you're always there! | |||||||||||||||||

While out walking I loked up at the sky, clear blue, neverending, so simple yet so amazing, I see the grass growing in the fields, a gentle breeze sends a ripple through the grass each little blade waving as I walk by. I could lay down in the grass and allow it to wrap itself around me, I could lay and look up at the clouds floating past and relax. Instead I walk faster, the faster the better, more calories will be lost No longer do I notice the beauty of nature Something else rules my life now, It takes control and tells me what to do, it's the voice that rules my mind, I can't fight it I half like it, It takes all my energy and replaces it with tiredness, yet it gives me strength to carry on I couldn't be without it. You see this thing is part of me, it's taken over and to take it away would tear me apart, what could I be without it? | ||||||||||||||||||

| Off a cliff |
I'm in control I'm in control yet so out of control, I can't change, not now, but I'm still in control, falling faster by the second, getting closer by the minute, a long way down with no turning bakc, no-one can catch me, no-one can stop me, this is it I'm coming to the end. | |||||||||||||||||
