Ok so it's been a while since I first did the site so maybe you're wondering where things are going! I'm still having counselling, and still struggle day to day with food and calories, but still I've learnt a lot of things and know where my life is going. Sometimes I wonder if I'll ever escape from this, maybe I will but even if it never completely goes I will get on top of it! And you know what? You can do it to!! |
I now know what triggers me and I'm able to avoid those things, this has been a big step for me!! I'm also beginning to deal with the anger I feel inside for many things that have happened, and until I deal with this well nothing else will really get better! I plan to leave home at the end of this year to have a year out, this I feel will be a big help, this will be my chance to find myself and be myself. Maybe I'll even learn to like myself! I am putting my trust in God, He loves me and will guide me through this all the way, and He can do the same for you. | |||||||||||||||||

I hope that for anyone reading this you will find the happiness and freedom you desereve! I'm not going to say that it's easy and eveything's fine now, because thats not the way at all, in fact sometimes I feel it would be much easier to go back into the eating disorder properly, I'm by no means completely out but I've started, and I hope to continue, sure I still feel ruled by calories and food, but I've admitted that I am out of control and obsessed and now I can begin to deal with it. I hope that this website has been of help to at least one person who has visited, feel free to mail me at any time, I would be happy to hear from anyone!!
