In the application of Rule 241, when Stop Signal is displayed on a signal at the following locations, the authority to pass it must be obtained through the Operator or Dispatcher listed below:

PSCC: A (inclusive) to Bergen (inclusive).
Section A Dspr.: R & Q interlockings; Bergen (exclusive) to Hudson (exclusive).
Section B Dspr.: Hudson (inclusive) to Union (inclusive).
CETC-8 TD: Union (exclusive) to Ham (exclusive).
CETC-7 TD: Ham (inclusive) to Morris (inclusive).

Monday through Friday, from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following day:
Temporary Field Dispatcher at Bergen: Bergen (inclusive) to Swift (exclusive). During hours of operation, Field Dispatcher is in control of Bergen Interlocking, and is equipped with road channel 54-54.
