New Home Blessing

After moving in, preferably after you get your furniture where you want it
and at least some boxes unpacked, take a night of the waxing or full moon
to do the following ritual.
This is a very basic, simple ritual. You need nothing more than a chalice
of water, some salt, and a white candle. Before you begin, make sure all
windows are closed.
Cast a protective circle by envisioning a mirrored shield of light which
encompasses your entire home. Call upon the Lord and Lady and ask that your
own patron or patroness (if you have one) be with you and aid you as you
bless your new home.
Bless the water and the salt. Take three pinches of salt and place them
into the chalice of water. Stir three times deosil with your forefinger.
Holding the chalice aloft, say:
"Lord and Lady, I ask tonight
Bless my home with love and light.
Make this a place of comfort, I pray,
And keep it safe both night and day.
May only good things enter here
And from negativity, keep it clear."
Going deosil around your home, sprinkle the salt water. Chant "Lord and
Lady, bless this home," or something similar, as you go. When you come to
windows and mirrors, make protective signs on them such as pentacles or runes.
After you have finished, thank the God and Goddess for their help and
presence. Again going deosil, open all the windows (at least for a little
while, depending on the weather) and let the element of Air in. (With the
water and salt, you've already used Water and Earth.) Now light the white
candle, allowing for the element of Fire, and see the light from the candle
add to your protective shields. Allow the candle to burn all the way down.
Do not take down the protective circle you have cast around your new home!
Instead, when you are through with this ritual, envision doorways where
your home has doors. Make these doorways just like physical doors, able to
be opened, closed, and walked through by you and yours.
 

A Simple Self Dedication

materials:
3 white candles,1 red candle,a sweet smelling incense,1 cup of water
and a quiet private place.

on the night of the full moon place the 3 white candles in the form of
a triangle,place the red candle in the center,the water to the left of
the candles and the incense to the right.begin by meditating and
calming yourself,light the white candle thats at the tip of the
triangle and envision white light shooting up from the earth into the
candle,light the remaining candles9not the red one yet) while saying
your name then light the incense and carry it around the candles while
saying:

On this night I come before the elements asking for the Guardians to
arise.Open the path,open the gates,open the way,I am here!"

Now light the red candle and say why you have chosen witchcraft or the
way of magick and be very honest!
Stand in the form of the pentagram and say:

"Earth Mother I invoke you"

stay in this position for a few moments,kneel before the candles and
take the water,pass it through the incense and over the candles while
saying:

"Bless me Earth Mother,with this water charge your energies inside"
Put the cup down,place your palms over it while envisioning a white
light coming from the earth filling the water and say:

" As to earth,as to me,may this water purify me."

Hold the cup over your head and say:

" Open the path,open the gates,open the way,I am here"

Drink the charged water,put out the red candle and say:

" Great Mother Blessed Be, I am charged, So Mote It Be !

Let the white candles burn them selves out
 

Casting A Circle

1.remove any animals,children or what ever that may be a
distraction,also any furniture that you dont want in the circle.
2.set up your altar before you cast your circle.
3.locate north and holding your wand out from your body(if you have a
wand if not use youre power hand),go into alpha and see the wands aura
extending out from it,especially at the tip.
4.visualize the tip of the wand creating a circle of light and energy
like a laser as you walk clockwise around the area.The circumferance
drawn by the wands tip will be the edge of your circle,project white
light out from the wand to create the circle as geometrically perfect
and say to your sefl that it is.
5.Walk the circle the 2nd time around and say out loud: I cast this
circle to protect me/us from all negative and positive energies and
forces on any level that may come to do me/us harm,I draw into this
circle only the energies and forces that are right for me/us and the
most correct for my/our work
6.Walk the circle the 3rd time and say:I create sacred space So Mote
It Be !
7.Invoke the 4 directions and energies of the elements,angels and
powers that reside in them by using the athame,sword or index finger
to draw an invoking pentagram as you face each direction,use a ritual
spell of invocation or one you write for yourself
8.To open a circle hold the wand/hand out over the circumference of
the circle and beginning at the north walk once around the circle
counterclockwise as you say:I send this circle into the cosmos to do
my bidding the circle is undone but not broken.
