Today (Thursday, June 10, 1999), I picked up the Dawn figure at my local comic shop. It is a great figure. The package presentation is of any other McFarlane figure. I mean that the figure and accessories are well layed out and makes a nice display in it's self. I bought 2. The one I opened, I was presented with a great sculpt of a figure. All the talk that people have spread around of it being a bad sculpt are false! The acessories are her rose (I still am unsure why this was a seperate piece), her sword, the skull of Cernunnos(?), the tragedy masks, and a 2 part base. You need to pick this up as soon as you can!
Dawn: The Return of the Goddess #2 will be late. This is straight from Joe Linsner himself. Actually Eva Hopkins which handles a large portion of his office affairs and Correspondence. She said that it probably won't be out til after Dragon Con. See the Temple of Dawn club on Yahoo for more on this.
Issue #1 of the new Dawn Series has now shipped! The release date where I'm from is May 5, 1999. Check your local comic shop!
Issue 94, June 1999 of Wizard was relesed this week (April 28, 1999). There is an art contest on pages 72 & 73. It calls for you to draw, paint, airbrush, etc. the best possible Battle dressed Dawn that you can. Get your copy of Wizard today for more info!
A Dragon Con advertisement flyer came to me today (April 14, 1999) in the Mail. They talk of the many thing that will appear at Dragon Con. Sirius released Sirius Gallery 1999 Volume 2 #1. Of the images that contain Dawn, she has the cover, Page 1 & 3. Page 2 has the character Mary from the upcoming Dawn: Revenge of the Goddess. Also on page 29 is a 2 panal cartoon containing Dawn. It is a comedy of Dawn on the planet Smoo. It is a numbered limited Edition. Rush out to get a copy.
The May 1999 issue of Wizard was released Wednesday, March 31, 1999. This is the issue with the Dawn: Genesis Edition comic packed with Wizard (See cover here). Also this issue has the send away for the Dreams of Dawn 1/2 (See images here and here). Get your's today!
Joseph Linsner will be at this years DragonCon. Be sure to attend if you can. It should be loads of fun. There will be another Dawn costume contest as well.

There is now a Dawn Action Figure! Yes you read correctly. Todd McFarlane of Spawn fame (Click here for a Spawn fan page) is the creator of the Figure. It looks like a winner. See below for pictures.
Dawn makes the cover of Wizard! The April issue of Wizard features Dawn on the cover. There are a total of 3 covers, only one features Dawn. Then inside the May issue is another offer for an all new Dawn 1/2 issue. Also there will be a Dawn promo packed with Wizard.
The next series of Dawn is about a witch that was murdered and on her dying breath she prays for Dawn to avenge her death. I will post more info when it is released to give a more indepth coverage. It's due later this year.
