Parts2= No 1 - all 4 parts looks the same on one side 2 - 2 of 4 parts have got holes on the opposite side for the larger metallic button (see parts1 No 5)

Parts3= No 1- 8M screw 60 cm long 2 - attachment part between "Head"- and outer "Hull"-Part 3 - attachment part between "Rip"-Part and second (middle) Hull-Part 4 - attachment part between the middle hull parts and between the Rip-Part and the outer hull-part 5 - thick O-Ring 6 - thin O-Ring

Parts4= No 1 - frontal head-parts 2 - "inner" head-parts 3 - Rip-Parts 4 - Rip-pieces for the inner head-part (6 per head)

Note that most of the Parts were machined from Aluminium

Build1= In the middle of the 60cm screw I have fixed the attachment part (see parts 3) with 8M screwnuts on both sides

Build2= All Buttons (see parts1) were attached on their places. I brought the middle hull-parts on the screw to fit on the previously fixed attachment part, with a thin O-Ring between both middle parts.

Build3= After the atachment of No 3 (Parts3) comes one thick O-Ring and the "rip"-parts (No 3 Parts4) and one thin O-Ring. Finally I put the outer hull-parts (parts2 No 2) on the screw, followed by the head parts.

I know that the design could be variant from the film prop, but in that Time-point this was the only design which seems accurate.

Because of the increasing demand all around, on how I made my OBI WAN TPM Saber, I decided to make detailed plans for the construction of this Saber. This Plans are prepared, to machine the parts from aluminium on a lathe machine. For all who havenīt got a lathe, or the possibility to order the parts from a machinist, I am going to make a mold of my own Saber, to cast them from resin.
