Here is a double bladed saber made using graflex cells.

To make my double-bladed lightsaber, I took the top parts of two Graflex 2-cell flashes (3-cells, of course, will work too) and put them together with the standard Graflex tension clamp. I cast six 3" handle grips from resin and cut them in half, making 12 grips total. I affixed them to the flash with double-sided tape so that 6 grips encircle the flash on both sides of the clamp. The clamp holds a circuit board connector from an old VAX disk controller card that I got from work. The black band around the clamp is black vinyl cloth from the fabric store. I cut it wide enough so that it covered the word "Graflex". I affixed it to the band with double-sided tape. I took the clamp apart so that I could make sure the vinyl cloth wrapped completely around the clamp. For the pics, I added some digital magic with Photoshop.
