Here's the parts list: 13" piece of wooden pole (about 1.5" diameter) 2 x 4 Roll of aluminum foil tape (found at a hardware store) 5" x 3.5" piece of rubber ridged flooring (found at a hardware store

Procedure:

I probably did this the hard way, but who's to tell. I started by using a bore and drilling 1.25" hole in a piece of 2 x 4. Then, using a band saw, cut ringlettes from the 2 x 4 about .25" thick. I cut 7 ringlettes. 3 of them I stacked together to make the handle. Two of them I stacked together to make the head. One I used for the activation switch, and a quarter of one I used to make the recharge ring. I sanded them. Then i took the handle piece a wrapped the rubber floor mat material around it. Glued and tacked it down. I took the main piece, the 13" piece, and wrapped aluminum foil tape around it. I spray painted all other pieces, except the handle, black. Then I went and detailed with blue paint. this lightsaber has an orange blade. Thanks. Romas
