Couple of years ago I was asked to write a poem. The poem was not that great; however, the intuition behind it was a fabulous one. The title of the poem was I wish I knew.- Native Sovereignty Claims and The Canadian Government
This paper examines the effect of Sovereignty on the Indian Nation. Before that, I will go over the origins of Native people as a society because I believe that in order to understand the the question of whether aboriginal peoples' sovereignty claim is valid or not , it is important to understand their society and their cultural diversity.
