Pochacco was born on February 29th, so he is a "leap-dog".  He's a sports-minded pup who is the best basketball player and soccer goalie on the playground.  Carrots rank high on Pochacco's list of favorite foods (he's a strict vegetarian).  However, like any boy, Pochacco has a real soft spot for ice cream.
