Susan and I have been flying kites since 1992, and making kites since 1996. I kite ski, buggy, fly a stack of 9 Backtrackers. We fly dual line kites and Single line kites too!

For the first four years of flying, I averaged about thrity hours a week flying time.

I make dual line kites, everything from high wind and silent, to light wind and indoor kites. "All One of a Kind"
I all so make single line kites, Roks, Stacks of Roks, and a few Soft kites.

Now Susan likes to fly Single line kites, and some stunt kites. But most of the time she can be found talking to friends or just snoozing under a banner some where.

For this she got her nickname Snoozin Susan

I'm on the Kite Festival Planning Committee.

A couple of the kites that I have made won awards at the Air Force Museum Kite Festival in 1996.
2nd Place in Stacks and Trains
3rd Place in Deltas
Both awards where in Advanced Class competion in 1997.
