Movie Review:
This movie, came after the movie The Spy who Loved Me, and unfortunatly once again includes the villian Jaws.  The movie deals with a man who wants to wipe out the entire population of the planet, save a few who he deems worthy to be part of his "Superior Race."  He has constucted an orbiting space station for which his Superior Race will live, while he releases deadly gasses into the atmosphere.  This movie was made to attract the attention of sci-fi fans, released just after the Star Wars succsess in 79.  It may have done that, but many hard core bond fans felt it was to silly. I will leave you to make your own opinion on this one.  I personally enjoyed it for the most part as I am also a Sci-Fi fan, but agree it was too silly in some parts.

Extras Review:
Like all of the bond DVDs, this one is chalked full of every extra imaginable.  A newly created Documentary of the making of Moonraker, the original featurette, original tv ads, radio ads, trailers, and more.  And of coarse it contains the Collectible "Making-Of" Booklet like all of the Bonds.

Video and Sound Quality:
The Video quality in most of the movie is good, except for the opening scene which shows the shuttle being piggybacked on a jet at night, it looks slightly grainy here, but the rest of the movie looks very good.  Sound is nice too.
