Sylvan vive actualmente en la Bahía de San Francisco. El realiza fotografías con efectos cristalinos especiales. Sus imágenes están saturadas con los colores del arco iris. Denomina su arte como "Spectrallusion". Los efectos que producen sus imágenes nos transportan a un estado de conciencia cristalina. Sus imágenes fueron utilizadas recientemente en un video para el sow Brotherhood of Light, en la cubierta de Jeweled Space y en un video de Crystal Vista, entre otros.
