We are not saying that a funeral director is not to be entrusted with your wishes at all. We are just offering ways to save. From our experiances, most funeral costs average out at $150.00 an hour for the services of the mortician. While the "undertaking" of the list of items required to be accomplished in a short time span could be large one, it is not a monster if taken step by step.
